IT Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Operations Specialist to manage internal IT operations across its portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve IT support requests from distributed team members efficiently and empathetically
• Administer core tools at an admin level, including Google Workspace, Slack, and others
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive processes and manage vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on IT support or IT operations experience, preferably in a startup or remote-first environment
• Real admin-level experience with SaaS tools such as Google Workspace and Slack
• Basic scripting ability and familiarity with APIs and webhooks
• Experience with AI tools in a practical workflow context
• Comfortable operating autonomously without a predefined playbook
