Job Summary

IT Operations Specialist, responsible for providing full-time IT support for employees, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and troubleshooting various technical issues in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, accounts, and access-related issues
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment management
• Troubleshoot basic network, system, and office technology issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field preferred
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and common SaaS tools
