IT Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support IT operations in a remote contract role, the IT Operations Specialist will perform maintenance activities, implement data security programs, and manage user account processes while working 40 hours per week for a duration of 3 to 6 months.

Key responsibilities

• Execute IT operations and maintenance activities according to established guidelines and standards
• Manage incident and change request processes, including documentation and user support
• Participate in IT projects, particularly in the SAP area, while coordinating project management efforts

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in IT operations, IT support, or systems administration
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and processes for analysis, design, and implementation
• Experience with IT processes such as SAP, ServiceNow, and BPM
• Strong analytical skills and a customer-oriented approach
