Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time remote IT Operations Specialist will manage day-to-day IT help desk functions, oversee endpoint and SaaS tooling ecosystems, and collaborate on company-wide infrastructure initiatives to ensure all employees have the necessary technology and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provision, configure, and maintain employee laptops and workstations, ensuring compliance with security policies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT support, triaging and resolving tickets efficiently
  • Manage user provisioning and access across core internal SaaS platforms while evaluating new tools for adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or a closely related role
  • Hands-on experience with MDM/UEM platforms such as ManageEngine or equivalent
  • Experience administering endpoint security tools like Sophos or CrowdStrike
  • Proficiency in administering Google Workspace and Slack at an organizational level
  • Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) at an administrative level
