IT Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced IT Operations Specialist, the remote position will manage IT helpdesk requests, provide support for staff, and collaborate with HR and Security teams on onboarding and offboarding activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for IT helpdesk requests and support staff as needed
• Set up and deploy laptops, devices, software, and manage IT asset inventory
• Collaborate with the Security Team to manage and secure endpoint devices

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
• Deep expertise in Linux, MacOS, and Windows system administration
• Experience with automation workflows and enterprise SaaS platforms
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in scripting for automation
• Ability to cover Mountain or Pacific time zones and participate in on-call rotations
