IT Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Based in San Jose or working remotely, the full-time IT Operations Specialist will manage day-to-day IT operations, including device lifecycle management, workspace networking, and access provisioning, while providing remote support to the Hong Kong office.

Key responsibilities

• Own device procurement, provisioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting across the corporate device fleet
• Administer IT access provisioning and maintain corporate device information security
• Respond to employee IT support requests and provide remote support for networking and videoconferencing systems

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or systems administration
• Hands-on experience with device management tools such as Jamf or Intune
• Working knowledge of corporate account and productivity platforms like Google Workspace
• Familiarity with networking concepts and videoconferencing hardware/software
• Experience with endpoint security tools and basic access-control administration
