IT Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Proactive and client-focused, the full-time IT Operations & Client Connectivity Specialist will lead the technical deployment and ongoing support of remote connectivity solutions for dental practice clients while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical onboarding process for new client implementations and establish secure remote access
• Troubleshoot remote access failures and connectivity issues, providing regular status updates to clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party IT vendors to resolve infrastructure issues and improve remote connectivity processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, technical implementation, or client-facing technical operations
• Experience supporting remote users, VPNs, and networking fundamentals
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and connectivity
• Experience coordinating technical projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
