IT Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced IT Operations Specialist, the remote role will manage IT helpdesk requests, provide support for staff, and ensure the security of organizational assets while collaborating with HR and Security teams.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for IT helpdesk requests and support staff as needed
- Manage onboarding and offboarding activities in coordination with HR and Security teams
- Set up, deploy, and maintain IT assets, including devices and software, while managing MDM systems
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
- Deep expertise in Linux, MacOS, and Windows system administration
- Experience with automation workflows and scalable onboarding processes
- Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms and cloud-centric environments
- Ability to cover Mountain or Pacific time zones and participate in on-call rotations
