Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT Operations & Infrastructure team
• Oversee the design, maintenance, and optimization of hybrid infrastructure
• Manage infrastructure lifecycle, including capacity planning, patching, and monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading IT Operations, Infrastructure, or SRE teams
• Hands-on background in systems administration, networking, and cloud technologies
• Experience managing hybrid environments with both on-premise and cloud infrastructure
• Solid understanding of SaaS operational requirements
• Proficiency with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, scripting languages)
