IT Operations Vice President

Job Summary

Leading IT operations for a multi-site organization, the full-time salaried IT Operations Vice President will manage service delivery, infrastructure, and cloud operations while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the IT operating model for the MSO, defining service delivery standards for managed practices
• Lead the integration of newly acquired practices, ensuring adherence to Vytalize IT standards
• Oversee end-user experience, including service desk operations, onboarding, and escalation management

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience delivering IT as a shared service across multiple entities or business units
• Deep experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure administration at scale
• Strong ITSM background with ownership of ITIL-aligned processes; ITIL certification preferred
• Healthcare experience, particularly in MSO or physician practice environments, is strongly preferred
