IT Operations Vice President

Job Summary

To enhance operational effectiveness in healthcare technology, the full-time remote IT Operations Vice President will manage the reliability, scalability, and security of technology platforms, while leading teams in Site Reliability Engineering, Incident Management, and Infrastructure Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own availability and operational health of production platforms, establishing SLAs and operational KPIs
• Build and operationalize an enterprise Incident Management framework, leading major incident responses
• Lead management of on-prem and cloud infrastructure, driving automation and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Technology Operations, Infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, or IT Operations leadership roles
• 5+ years leading operational teams in a SaaS, healthcare technology, or regulated environment
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, Site Reliability Engineering, and Incident Management
• Experience implementing operational metrics and executive dashboards
• Ability to operate in a fast-growing, transformation-focused organization
