Job Summary

Leading IT Optimization initiatives for over six practices, the full-time remote IT Optimization Manager will manage system performance, oversee optimization projects, and serve as a cross-functional liaison to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage performance monitoring, problem management, and compliance to ensure system reliability and business continuity
• Direct optimization projects from inception to completion, including managing timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation
• Provide advanced technical oversight of imaging IT systems and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of IT management experience, preferably in healthcare or radiology
• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent progressive IT experience
• Strong leadership and team development skills aligned with enterprise strategy
• Advanced analytical skills to diagnose complex technical issues and implement solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a customer-first mindset
