IT Order to Cash Manager

Job Summary

To enhance digital capabilities across the Order to Cash process, the full-time IT Order to Cash Manager will serve as a strategic technology partner for various business teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices while working remotely in select states.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT partner for Order to Cash business stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to understand strategic priorities and operational challenges
• Translate business needs into technology roadmaps and solution strategies aligned with enterprise IT architecture
• Define and maintain the end-to-end solution architecture for Order to Cash processes, ensuring integration across various platforms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT, including business-facing roles
• 5+ years of experience supporting Order to Cash processes
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong understanding of CPG industry processes, including retailer relationships and trade management
