Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, IT Patching Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to execute enterprise patching for system security and compliance
• Prioritize patching activities and manage delivery to mitigate risks
• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Five years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
• One year of prior leadership experience
• Advanced knowledge of infrastructure technologies and management tools
• Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL principles and regulated environments
