IT Performance Management SME
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time IT Performance Management SME to work remotely, who will evaluate IT service performance, develop KPIs and SLAs, and provide data-driven recommendations to support Government decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for IT performance management and governance activities
- Develop and assess Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to evaluate IT service provider performance
- Analyze technical, operational, and financial data to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in IT governance, performance management, or program controls
- Demonstrated experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
- Proven ability to develop and analyze KPIs and SLAs for large-scale IT programs
- Strong experience in analyzing technical and financial data to identify trends and performance gaps
