Job Summary
To support interconnected systems and business priorities, the full-time salaried IT Platform Architect - Network will develop integrated roadmaps, establish governance standards, and oversee platform upgrades while working remotely with 10% travel.
Key responsibilities
- Defines architecture strategy and develops integrated roadmaps for core systems, including cloud-native platforms
- Establishes platform standards and governance while guiding delivery partners on best practices
- Collaborates with network engineers to test and document engineering templates for network solutions
Required qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or a technical equivalent degree or experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Azure cloud, network operations, and automation
- Typically has 10 or more years of IT experience, with over 5 years in their primary platform of responsibility
- Excellent technical understanding of the primary platform and deep knowledge of industry trends
- Experience with management applications such as SolarWinds, Splunk, and Wireshark
