IT Platform Automation Engineer
Job Summary
Focused on enhancing internal infrastructure, the full-time IT Platform Automation Engineer will manage identity and access systems, automate endpoint lifecycle processes, and develop custom integrations while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and automate identity and access management, including SSO and MFA across SaaS tools
- Design and implement automated workflows for device provisioning and endpoint management using MDM solutions
- Architect custom API integrations and maintain internal automation tools to streamline employee access to IT services
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in IT Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Platform roles with a focus on automation
- Advanced proficiency in Python or JavaScript/Node.js, with a strong emphasis on coding best practices
- Hands-on experience with identity providers such as Okta or Azure AD and at least one MDM solution like Jamf or Intune
- Proven ability to build custom integrations using REST/GraphQL APIs and familiarity with security principles
- Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration, particularly in a hybrid work environment
