IT Platform Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the roadmap for core business applications, the full-time IT Platform Product Manager will lead Salesforce implementation, drive Amazon Connect enhancements, and establish governance standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a prioritized roadmap for enterprise applications and conduct genuine discovery with various teams to inform product decisions
- Lead the Salesforce implementation, including scope, vendor management, and post-launch support, while driving the Amazon Connect roadmap
- Establish change management and compliance standards, partnering with security teams to ensure adherence to regulations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in IT or enterprise product management, with 3+ years at a senior or staff level managing enterprise platforms
- Hands-on experience with a CCaaS platform, preferably Amazon Connect
- Proven track record of leading a full CRM or service-platform implementation as the accountable owner
- Advanced knowledge of Jira and JSM, including project design and workflow configuration
- Experience in regulated environments such as SOC 2 or HIPAA
