IT PMO Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director IT PMO to lead their project and program management team in delivering transformational IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual IT strategic and operational planning process to turn strategy into action
• Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver large-scale IT initiatives from conception to completion
• Oversee portfolio governance, prioritization, resource planning, and risk management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 10+ years of program/project management experience in large-scale, complex environments
• 5-8 years in enterprise system implementations and vendor management
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Proven experience leading technology integration for mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
