IT Portfolio Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract-to-hire basis, the IT Portfolio Analyst will assist in developing and implementing portfolio management processes, governance, and reporting while collaborating with key stakeholders to drive adoption of new practices.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of portfolio management processes and governance
• Support the execution of the organization's portfolio management framework and drive adoption across the business
• Gather, validate, analyze, and maintain project and portfolio data while developing reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting PMO, portfolio management, project management, or business analysis functions
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience working with SharePoint and project-related data
