IT Portfolio Governance Lead
Job Summary
To support a growing information technology company, the remote contracted IT Portfolio Governance Lead will manage day-to-day portfolio governance activities and provide hands-on leadership for ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management, focusing on investment and delivery metrics, change and risk governance, and functional data management.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee portfolio governance activities and ensure compliance with fiscal calendars and templates
- Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps across multiple products and projects while consolidating delivery and investment metrics
- Facilitate governance bodies and senior stakeholder meetings, producing decision-ready materials and documenting actions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT product, portfolio, program, or enterprise governance
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management
- Proven ability to manage portfolio-related functional data and metrics
- Experience supporting governance bodies such as portfolio review boards or change advisory boards
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) certification preferred
