IT Portfolio Governance Lead
Job Summary
Supporting the execution and continuous improvement of IT portfolio management and governance processes, the full-time Senior IT Portfolio Governance Lead will coordinate demand intake, prioritization activities, and portfolio reporting while working remotely in the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Support and continuously improve IT portfolio governance processes, including demand intake, prioritization, and portfolio reviews
- Maintain portfolio data integrity and governance visibility by preparing reports, dashboards, and facilitating governance discussions
- Provide guidance, training, and support to project managers and teams on PMO processes, tools, and governance requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in PMO operations, portfolio management, or governance functions
- Experience supporting project delivery activities within IT organizations, including portfolio reporting and governance materials
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams and support governance processes
