IT Portfolio Leader

Job Summary

Leading the strategic direction of a technology investment portfolio, the full-time Sr. Director, IT Portfolio Leader will manage operating plans for technical products and platforms while serving as the primary IT advisor to business leadership in Health Systems and Government Services, all in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Owns the strategic direction and execution of the technology investment portfolio for Health Systems and Government Services
• Leads end-to-end portfolio management, including investment planning, capital allocation, and delivery governance
• Establishes and leads portfolio governance frameworks to ensure transparency, accountability, and disciplined execution across initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related field required
• Master's degree in business administration or technology management preferred
• 12+ years of experience in technical product management or portfolio management required
• 8+ years of experience in a management capacity required
• Extensive experience within the Health Systems & Government Services Industry
