IT Portfolio Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate IT Portfolio Manager who will support the execution of IT projects and enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scoping IT Tier 1 and 2 projects, including objectives, deliverables, and timelines
• Coordinate daily project activities, track tasks, and maintain project documentation
• Monitor project risks and issues, and support requirements gathering and change requests

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1-3 years of experience in IT service management (ITSM) in a SaaS environment
• 1-3 years of experience in IT project coordination or portfolio support
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects
• Familiarity with HIPAA, CLIA, and SOX compliance standards
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred but not required
