IT Portfolio Program Director

Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide IT portfolio governance, the full-time remote IT Portfolio Program Director will manage the operational PMO for Fixed-Site imaging, overseeing project delivery while establishing prioritization policies and maintaining portfolio standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own and mature the enterprise IT intake, governance, and prioritization process across business units
• Serve as the PMO lead for Fixed-Site imaging IT deliverables, managing concurrent projects from initiation to close
• Build and maintain program dashboards and status reporting for IT, operations, and clinical leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, IT, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 8+ years in IT Program/Project Management, with 3+ years in a Portfolio Management or PMO leadership role
• Proven experience in enterprise-level intake, governance, and prioritization processes
• Strong hands-on program/project delivery experience, familiar with both traditional and Agile PM methodologies
• Experience in building and presenting portfolio dashboards and executive-level reporting materials
