IT Problem Management Analyst Senior
Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Problem Management Analyst Senior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead investigations and analyze critical platform problems to determine root cause and impact
- Manage activities to eliminate recurring incidents and coordinate actions to remove errors
- Facilitate resources to resolve problems and communicate status to business and IT Management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of four years of experience in mainframe, client, compute, telecom operations, or application development
- Advanced technical problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with analytical tools like Power BI, SQL, or similar
- Knowledge of Lean principles, ITIL framework, and IT Service Management activities
