IT Process and Technology Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process & Technology Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage resource scheduling and allocation for data center projects and operations
• Serve as the primary communication point for data center projects, coordinating with stakeholders
• Direct and lead complex infrastructure-led data center projects, including migrations and consolidations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT resource management or a similar role
• Strong technical understanding of data center infrastructure, including networking and server hardware
• Experience with ticketing and change management systems, specifically ServiceNow
• Certification credentialed from the International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers preferred
• High School diploma with 3 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience required
