IT Process Architect Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Process Architect Analyst to support the operational and process side of an enterprise AI program within a large healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analysis and documentation of current state workflows to identify gaps and design an optimized future state for the AI delivery lifecycle
• Conduct structured validation sessions with stakeholders to confirm problem statements, requirements, and process steps
• Maintain and update the new AI intake tracking board, ensuring all incoming requests are captured and routed correctly

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years as a BA/IT Process Analyst with experience across digital/AI project lifecycles
• Familiarity with Azure and experience with tools like ServiceNow, PowerBI, and Jira
• Strong understanding of Digital/AI/ML project lifecycles from intake to operationalization
• Experience working within healthcare or similarly regulated industries
• Background in operating model design or process engineering for technology programs
