Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Process Automation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the BSC IT Service Management Automation project by developing automation using UiPath and HP OO
Monitor and develop project requirements for automation data gathering
Manage overall automation development project

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline
5 to 8 years of experience in IT Operations Management or equivalent
Deep technical knowledge of IT incident automation and monitoring
Proficiency in at least two operational domains and cloud hosting technologies
Experience with ServiceNow, ITOM Module, and Event Management
