IT Process Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Process Engineer to oversee the design, development, and implementation of IT processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engages key business stakeholders to identify process efficiency opportunities
• Utilizes process improvement best practices to build and optimize processes
• Collaborates with IT and business leaders to ensure alignment of processes with business goals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, engineering, or related discipline; M.B.A. preferred
• Four or more years of experience in business or IT with a focus on process improvements
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt minimum; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
• Strong knowledge of emerging technologies applicable to business processes
• Proven ability to collaborate with executive-level teams and stakeholders
