IT Procurement Analyst

Job Summary

Leading procurement strategies for Digital Services, the full-time remote IT Procurement Analyst will manage RFx initiatives, draft and negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor relationships to secure optimal terms and conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain purchasing processes, including POs/PRs and vendor quotes
• Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs) while ensuring compliance and validity
• Oversee vendor relationships and financial arrangements, optimizing contract execution and renewals

Required qualifications

• A degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years of related procurement work experience
• Experience leading large-scale RFP projects and managing contracts
• Proficiency in negotiation and drafting of high-value contracts
• Demonstrated competence in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management
