IT Procurement Lead

Job Summary

To lead the enterprise IT procurement function, the full-time remote IT Procurement Lead will define and govern procurement strategies, manage vendor relationships, and oversee licensing and asset management while preparing for future team growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise IT procurement strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Lead complex negotiations with IT vendors and oversee contract compliance and performance
• Provide oversight of software licensing and manage the lifecycle of IT assets to optimize usage and ensure audit readiness

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management
• Proven experience in managing enterprise-level vendor relationships and complex negotiations
• Strong knowledge of software licensing models and contract governance
• Experience in procurement activities during mergers and acquisitions is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted)
