IT Procurement Manager

Job Summary

As a key member of the Procurement team, the full-time Manager, IT Procurement will manage the strategic procurement of indirect IT goods and services, focusing on negotiations, supplier relationship management, and category sourcing strategies in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement category sourcing strategies to maximize value and minimize costs for IT vendors
• Lead negotiations for key IT-related contracts and manage the entire lifecycle of these contracts
• Direct sourcing activities to ensure compliance with financial performance and regulatory requirements while fostering supplier relationships

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of indirect procurement experience in a multi-concept environment
• 3+ years of experience managing IT service vendors and contracts
• 5+ years of experience in managing supplier relationships
• Business and financial acumen with a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Experience with ERP and Procurement systems such as Oracle, SAP, and Coupa preferred
