IT Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

To support the supply chain process for IT products and services, the full-time remote IT Procurement Specialist will manage procurement activities, negotiate pricing with suppliers, and ensure effective contract management.

Key responsibilities:

• Procure IT products and services, negotiating pricing and monitoring changes
• Track contract expirations and manage renewal negotiations to optimize leverage
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to enhance supply chain efficiency

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, procurement, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in IT
• Superior knowledge of IT service contracts, including SaaS and software licensing
• Excellent negotiation skills for contracts and pricing
• Ability to analyze data and report findings to decision makers
