IT Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking an IT Procurement Specialist with 2-5 years of experience in procurement and vendor management, this full-time remote role will manage the end-to-end procurement cycle for software and technology services, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the end-to-end procurement cycle for software, SaaS, and technology services, managing RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes
• Conduct negotiations and support contract drafting, renewals, and amendments while maintaining compliance with internal policies
• Partner with Engineering, Legal, Finance, and other departments to align stakeholders and ensure procurement activities meet budget requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, preferably in technology-related categories
• Hands-on experience with competitive sourcing processes and contract management
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with a commercial mindset
• Experience with digital procurement systems and familiarity with AI tools for productivity
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities
