IT Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure business continuity, the full-time Junior IT Procurement Specialist will manage the procurement lifecycle for essential IT goods, licenses, and services, focusing on cost-effectiveness and efficiency while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Implement procurement strategies and process purchase orders, invoices, and receipts for IT-related goods and services
• Manage company domains, including purchasing, renewal, and compliance with organizational policies
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and collaborate with the Finance department to ensure budget adherence and cost control

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in IT procurement, preferably in a tech-driven organization
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, IT, or a related field
• Upper-Intermediate English and fluent Ukrainian or Russian
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective vendor relationships
• Knowledge of IT equipment/services and proficiency in procurement software and tools
