IT Procurement Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Procurement Purchasing and Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process equipment orders and software purchases from procurement to payment
• Oversee customer escalations related to equipment and software orders, ensuring prompt issue resolution
• Analyze procurement workflows and identify areas for improvement across the procurement to payment journey

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with ServiceNow and Oracle Financials is preferred
• Proficiency in reporting tools is necessary
• Basic software development skills in at least one modern programming language
