IT Product Administrator
Job Summary
Supporting a large technology-driven enterprise, the remote IT Product Administrator will manage product coordination, requirements gathering, and user support while ensuring continuous improvement and collaboration with technical and business teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support product objectives through technical analysis, design, and requirements-gathering activities
- Assess end-user product requests, recommend solutions, and escalate complex issues as needed
- Develop and maintain internal support documentation and training materials while ensuring quality standards are met
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a Product Administrator or in a similar role
- Proven experience managing end-user support requests and troubleshooting workflow issues
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint or Microsoft Exchange
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with application development tools and software development practices
