Job Summary

Serving as the technical lead and product owner for CRM and client portal products, the full-time IT Product Lead - CRM will manage end-to-end technology delivery on Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, ensuring alignment with business priorities and driving continuous improvement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Plans and prioritizes future changes to CRM and client portal products to meet GPO customer and business needs
  • Provides hands-on technical leadership and guidance on Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and API integrations
  • Develops and maintains product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and technical debt management
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years in Information Technology with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity, preferably in Salesforce environments
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, including platform architecture and development approaches
  • Experience managing API integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with GPO operations, pharmaceutical distribution, or healthcare-related business processes preferred
