Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director - IT Product Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops product plans and technical roadmaps while collaborating with business and IT leaders
• Oversees product performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manages vendor relationships and contractor performance, ensuring effective delivery of product services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7 or more years in Information Technology with progressive leadership responsibilities
• Prior experience within Supply Chain is required
• 3 or more years of budgetary responsibility preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of product management methodology and basic SAFe Agile principles
