IT Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Product Manager - M365.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the subject matter expert for M365 Copilot, driving its rollout and adoption
• Define product strategy for Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Lead ongoing training initiatives and develop resources to enhance employee engagement with Microsoft 365 tools

Qualifications:

• BS/BA or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT product management
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform
• Experience in product lifecycle management from ideation to deployment
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, and security best practices for Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies
