Job Summary

IT Product Manager, responsible for executing and delivering IT products and solutions in a full-time role, focusing on backlog management, collaboration with engineering teams, and ensuring consistent delivery of value.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritization and delivery
• Translate business and user needs into executable technical requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder communication across IT, vendors, and end users

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Product Manager experience or comparable product-adjacent IT experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Technical fluency enabling effective collaboration with engineers and vendors
