IT Product Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the IT Product Manager will discover and drive the vision, roadmap, and feature sets of software products, ensuring value-added solutions are delivered to customers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and advocate for the product vision and strategy, leveraging customer data and market research
• Lead user research and testing to ensure product usability and consistency while collaborating with design teams
• Understand business needs and challenges to identify short- and long-term goals for product development

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of IT and product management experience
• Proven leadership ability to drive team productivity and collaboration
• Strong understanding of market trends and competitive strategies
• Experience in the solar industry is preferred but not required
