IT Product Manager

Job Summary

Focusing on enhancing HR technology, the full-time IT Product Manager will lead Oracle Fusion projects related to Learning, Talent, Time, and Labor, collaborating with HR and IT stakeholders while ensuring effective product utilization and alignment with corporate goals in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage HR-related IT projects, specifically within Oracle Fusion's HR modules
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps by collaborating with HR and IT stakeholders
• Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for continuous product improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT product management focused on HR systems
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion and its HR modules
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks is preferred
