IT Product Manager

Job Summary

To provide strategic and operational leadership for enterprise applications, the full-time IT Product Manager will develop and execute product roadmaps for ERP, workforce management, and business applications while collaborating with business Product Owners and operational leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate strategic product roadmaps for ERP and workforce management applications
• Own and refine the product backlog, prioritizing features, enhancements, and regulatory requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams through system selection, design, testing, and implementation of enterprise business applications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Health Information Technology, Health Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT and business/industry or government, with a preference for 5-7 years
• Experience engaging executives and stakeholders to support business decisions
• Knowledge of product management disciplines and the software development life cycle
• Professional licensure or industry certifications may substitute for a Bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience
