IT Product Manager, Automation
Job Summary
To support the intelligent automation portfolio, the full-time IT Product Manager, Automation will manage strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-enabled solutions and robotic process automation (RPA) in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain product documentation, communication materials, and user stories while managing the entire lifecycle of vendor products
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, prioritize product features, and communicate progress and results
- Utilize Agile methodologies to oversee product development cycles, ensuring iterative releases are supported by user acceptance testing and validation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Strong background in product governance and AI
- Experience managing Agile development teams and leading iterative technology releases
- Ability to translate business problems into technical requirements and workflows
- Familiarity with the hospital medicine industry is a plus
