IT Product Manager - California

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Product Manager - Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document accounting needs
• Manage end-to-end program management from proposal through solution delivery and post-implementation support
• Conduct UAT sessions and train users on new features and functionalities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Engineering with 10+ years of experience in business systems and analytics
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in accounting operations with strong knowledge of Record to Report (R2R)
• 5+ years of experience in implementing tools like Netsuite for accounting regulation changes
• Hands-on experience with SaaS/Cloud solutions such as NetSuite and Xactly
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing resources effectively
