IT Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner (IT) to plan and launch products, collaborate with customers, manage backlogs, and ensure the development of solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers and business owners to understand challenges and develop innovative solutions
• Create and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs for Agile teams
• Attend and participate in Agile events, act as a liaison between the team and customers, and troubleshoot problems

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of agile Product Owner experience or 7 years of analysis and design experience in a Scrum Agile team
• Experience with distributed teams and multiple teams simultaneously
• Product Owner certification and knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and PI Planning
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and major workflows associated with healthcare claim processing
