Job Summary
Seeking a skilled IT Product Owner - NJ Licensed to work fully remotely on a contract basis, the candidate will manage AI-focused product features and requirements related to healthcare regulatory compliance, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements for AI products addressing healthcare regulatory compliance challenges
- Lead the development of AI agents and data analytics solutions while ensuring alignment with compliance standards
- Develop forward-looking strategies for AI adoption in regulatory compliance contexts and present progress to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years as a Product Owner or similar role in IT with 3+ years of experience in AI technologies
- Experience with data analytics platforms and healthcare regulatory compliance frameworks (HIPAA, FDA, GDPR, etc.)
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and agile development methodologies
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to balance technical feasibility with business value
