Key Responsibilities

Install and configure network monitoring tools
Monitor system health and meet with network system owners for new requirements
Provide client support, training, and troubleshoot system monitoring tools

Required Qualifications

BA/BS in Computer Science, IT Networking, Security, or related technical degree
10+ years of experience supporting Network Fault Management and Performance Management tools
5 years of experience with Broadcom (CA) NetOps solutions
Familiarity with networking protocols such as SNMP and MPLS
Experience in managing product licenses and reviewing application patches
